From the\r\nsouthern coast of the Sea of Pelluria to the shores of\r\nthe Ardune sea, the people no longer see themselves\r\nas Dorns or Sarcosans, but rather as Erenlanders,\r\nwith their own distinct cultural identity.\r\nThese people vary widely in height, build, and coloring;\r\na transitional people between both Erenland\u2019s Dornish\r\nand Sarcosan heritage as well as its past and future.\r\nErenlanders are the true children of their kingdom, a\r\npeople born of two ancient traditions but owing loyalty\r\ninstead to one nation. Though difffferent settttlements,\r\nand even difffferent families, hold more strongly to some\r\nSarcosan or Dornish traditions, most Erenlanders see\r\ntheir own culture as something truly distinct.\r\nErenlanders have long been leftft to their own wit\r\nand strength in settttling the central plains, resulting in\r\na craftfty and inventive people with independent and\r\npragmatic natures. This has served them well under\r\nthe Shadow; with their prized pragmaticism and stoic\r\nresolve, they have been betttter able than the other\r\nhuman cultures to simply adapt and carry on.\r\nThough the lack of cultural restriction means Erenlanders\r\nhave greater social freedom, that freedom is\r\nnot without greater social cost. Whereas respect for the\r\npast and hatred of the Shadow bind the Dornish houses\r\nand Sarcosan liege lords to their people, the Erenlanders\r\nhave no such guiding lights or sense of unity.
