A surface that is frozen with this rune becomes difficult terrain, and creatures that move on it must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or fall prone. Creatures that are frozen in this way have their movement speed reduced by half. A creature that is frozen can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of their turns, ending the rune's effects on a success.
