The\r\ncloud fills a cylinder that is 10 feet tall with a 60-foot radius,\r\ncentred on a point you can see within range, and at least 100\r\nfeet above you. The spell fails if you can't see a point in the air\r\nwhere the storm cloud could appear (for example, if you are in a\r\nroom that cannot accommodate the cloud).\r\n\r\nAny creature that enters a space occupied by the cloud, or\r\nstarts their turn there must succeed on a Constitution saving\r\nthrow or take 10d12 acid damage.\r\n\r\nAt the end of your turn when you first cast the spell, acid\r\nbegins to rain down from the cloud, filling a 60-foot radius\r\ncylinder that reaches the ground below the cloud until the spell\r\nends. Any creature that enters the cylinder for the first time, or\r\nstarts their turn there, must succeed on a Constitution saving\r\nthrow. A creature that fails takes 6d12 acid damage and - if they\r\nwear non magical armour, or have natural armour - have their\r\narmour partially dissolved, taking a permanent, and cumulative\r\n-1 penalty to the AC it offers. The armour is destroyed if the\r\npenalty reduces its AC to 10. A successful save halves any\r\ndamage the creature would take.\r\n\r\nThe acid from this spell is very potent, and will likely kill off a\r\nlot of wildlife. Should you concentrate on this spell for the full\r\nhour, all plants within the radius will have died, and no\r\nsignificant amount of vegetation can grow there again for a\r\nnumber of months equal to your 7 + your spellcasting ability\r\nmodifier.","higherlevels":"","source":"The Archive of Esoteric Secrets","tabledata":"","tags":"Spell,Sorcerer,Warlock,Wizard,7th Level ","templateId":"19","blockId":"243654","isShared":"on"}
