Your size is Medium.\r\n\r\n[h3]Speed[\/h3]\r\nYour base walking speed is 30 feet.\r\n\r\n[h3]Constructed Resilience[\/h3]\r\nYou were created to have remarkable fortitude, represented by the following benefits:\r\n[br]\r\nYou have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.\r\n[br]\r\nYou don\u2019t need to eat, drink, or breathe.\r\n[br]\r\nYou are immune to disease.\r\n[br]\r\nYou don\u2019t need to sleep, and magic can\u2019t put you to sleep.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\n[h3]Sentry\u2019s Rest[\/h3]\r\nWhen you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn\u2019t render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.\r\n\r\n[h3]Integrated Protection[\/h3]\r\nYour body has built-in defensive layers, which can be enhanced with armor:\r\n[br]\r\nYou gain a +1 bonus to Armor Class.\r\n[br]\r\nYou can don only armor with which you have proficiency. To don armor, you must incorporate it into your body over the course of 1 hour, during which you remain in contact with the armor. To doff armor, you must spend 1 hour removing it. You can rest while donning or doffing armor in this way.\r\n[br]\r\nWhile you live, your armor can\u2019t be removed from your body against your will.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\n[h3]Telepathy[\/h3]\r\nPossessing no voice boxes or any resemblance of biologic physiology, Crystalline Warforged are mute. However, they can communicate telepathically with any creature able to understand a language with relative ease.\r\n[br]\r\nAny humanoid creature hears a voice in their head in their native language.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\nCreatures with underdeveloped languages or cultures are communicated with by means of concepts and emotions.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\nThe warforged can create a bond between them and any living creature by spending an hour near them. Afterwards, for the next 24 hours, the warforged can communicate concepts and emotions to the bonded target regardless of distance (as long as they reside in the same plane of existence).\r\n[br]\r\n\r\nOnly five bonds can be established at a time.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\n[h3]Caregiver Protocol[\/h3]\r\nWarforged, as they are in this world, were largely created by powerful mages to be caretakers and wardens for the crystal towers of the aspects. As such, they were designed with features that allow them to protect and sustain others:\r\n[br]\r\nOnce per short rest, warforged can draw upon the mana surrounding them and use an action to cast Mass Healing Word without expending a spell slot. This action cannot be augmented.\r\n[br]\r\n\r\nIf an adjacent ally is hit by a melee or ranged attack, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage they take. Roll a D20: If the result is 14 or less, the target takes half damage(rounded down). If the result is 15 or more, your ally receives no damage.
