Legendary Oath of Infernal Service

Command Infernal Creatures
Once per long rest, the wearer can issue a commanding presence toward an infernal creature (such as an Imp, Barbed Devil, or even a Balor) within 60 feet. The creature must make a DC 20 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is compelled to obey the wearer’s commands for 1 hour, provided the commands do not force it into direct self-harm or betray its nature. On a successful save, the creature is aware of the attempted control and becomes immune to this effect for 24 hours.  
Infernal Communication
The amulet grants the wearer the ability to communicate telepathically with any fiend or infernal creature within 120 feet, regardless of language. The communication is two-way, but the wearer may choose to shield their thoughts, ensuring only they can hear the fiend's replies.  
Demonic Pact
The wearer can use the amulet to form a binding infernal pact. As an action, the wearer offers a deal to a fiendish creature. The terms of this pact must be agreed upon willingly by both parties. If the fiend violates the agreement, it suffers 10d10 necrotic damage and is banished to the lower planes. If the wearer breaks the pact, they suffer 10d10 necrotic damage and are cursed (requiring a remove curse spell to break).  
Infernal Warding
The wearer gains resistance to fire damage and has advantage on saving throws against spells and abilities used by fiends. Additionally, fiends have disadvantage on attack rolls against the wearer, as Uztarr's mark protects them from his lesser servants.  
Summon Infernal Servant
Once per long rest, the wearer can summon an infernal servant. The type of servant depends on the wearer's power level and status:  
  • Level 1-9: Imp
  • Level 10-15: Hell Hound
  • Level 16+: Barbed Devil
The summoned creature appears in an unoccupied space within 30 feet of the wearer. It remains for 1 hour, obeying the wearer’s commands. If the creature is slain, it vanishes back to the Lower Planes.  

Enhanced Properties (Post-Attunement)

Aura of Subjugation
Upon attunement, the amulet projects a constant aura of domination. All infernal creatures within 30 feet of the wearer must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be subjected to the effect of a compulsion spell, forcing them to approach the wearer in submission. This aura can be activated or deactivated as a bonus action.  
Hellfire Conduit
The amulet allows the wearer to tap into the power of Uztarr’s hellfire. When the wearer deals fire damage, they can increase the damage dealt by an additional 4d10 fire damage. This ability can be used three times per long rest.  
Infernal Insight
The wearer gains the ability to detect lies and recognize treacherous intent. They have advantage on Insight checks to determine whether a creature is lying, and they are always aware when a creature within 60 feet of them is actively deceiving them.  

Curses

 
Infernal Brand
The wearer becomes marked with Uztarr’s sigil, which can only be seen by fiends, celestials, and divine beings. Celestial creatures have advantage on attack rolls and saving throws against the wearer. Additionally, the wearer becomes a target of infernal schemes, and fiends are more likely to demand service or tribute from them.  
Whispers of Uztarr
The amulet constantly whispers temptations, offers, and bargains to the wearer. Each dawn, the wearer must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the whispers influence the wearer, compelling them to act in a more ruthless and selfish manner for 24 hours. If the wearer fails three consecutive saving throws, they become charmed by Uztarr and act in accordance with his will until a greater restoration or remove curse spell is cast.  
Infernal Hunger
The amulet craves acts of betrayal, destruction, and service to Uztarr. If the wearer goes more than 3 days without performing an act in service of Uztarr, they take 5d10 psychic damage. The wearer also suffers vivid nightmares of infernal torment, preventing them from gaining the benefits of a long rest until they appease the amulet.  

Special Power - Infernal Dominion

Once per month, the wearer can call upon Uztarr’s full might. For 10 minutes, the wearer gains the following benefits:  
  • Immunity to fire damage.
  • Advantage on all Charisma-based checks and saving throws.
  • Control up to 3 fiends simultaneously (each must still fail the DC 20 Charisma saving throw).
  • 30-foot aura of demonic terror: All hostile creatures within the aura must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. On a failed save, the creature is frightened and cannot willingly move toward the wearer.
Once the duration ends, the wearer gains 2 levels of exhaustion, as the power of Uztarr drains their life force.

The Infernal Sigil Amulet is a dark, foreboding artifact crafted from blackened iron and inscribed with glowing infernal runes that shift and pulse like the beat of a living heart. At its center, a blood-red gemstone holds a fragment of Uztarr’s infernal essence, emitting a faint, malevolent warmth. The amulet exudes an aura of corruption and power, marking its wearer as a favored servant of the Demonic Lord of Destruction, Uztarr.

When worn, the amulet surrounds the wearer in a subtle, oppressive heat. Its cursed whispers can be heard by the attuned, offering deals, power, and temptation. But every offer from Uztarr comes with a price. While the amulet grants its wearer the ability to control fiends, ward off infernal magic, and forge powerful pacts, it also marks them as a servant of Uztarr's will, chaining their soul to infernal servitude.
