  • Supercharge Capacitors - Spend your Action to charge the capacitors of your next attack and expend 5 charges. On your next turn, you add 4d8 Thunder damage to your first Attack that turn.
  • Concentrated Blast - Unleash a 60 by 5ft shockwave as an Attack action, dealing 5d8 Thunder damage to the closest target and 3d8 Thunder damage to the remaining targets. All targets caught in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence Modifier. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage, is pushed back to the edge of the line and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a target only takes half the rolled damage.
  • Recharge Power Cell - Use your Action to recharge 10 expended charges in the weapon's power cell by rotating the charging mechanism.
  • Shockwave Dispersion - Unleash a 30 foot cone shockwave as an Attack action, dealing 3d8 Thunder damage. All targets caught in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency Bonus + your Intelligence Modifier. On a failed save, a target takes the rolled damage, is pushed back to the edge of the cone and is knocked prone. On a successful save, a target only takes half the rolled damage.
  •   Special Properties
  • Concussive - Deals double the rolled damage to Poise.
  • Less-Lethal - This weapon is designed to be less lethal than other shockwave weapons, instead knocking a target out or incapacitating them without causing too much bodily harm. If a target is reduced to 0 HP, they are instead knocked unconscious.
  • Rechargeable - Expended Power Cells will recharge fully after finishing a Long Rest.
  • Shockwave Blast - Unsecured objects weighing up to 250 lbs in this weapon's area of effect are launched up to 60 feet away from the user, dealing 1d6 Bludgeoning damage to targets in their paths. This will also force a rider on a bike-type vehicle to fall off if they fail their saving throw.
  •   Loading: This weapon regains half of its charges on a Short Rest, and all charges on a Long Rest.   Jamming: This weapon does not jam.   Handling: 1-Handed

    A rotary-action, nonlethal shockwave gun that emits a thunderous blast of energy, capable of knocking enemies and objects back. It can displace objects with tremendous force. It is capable of charging over the course of a few seconds, with the output being greater than the sum of its individual shots. The weapon is named after the Tangata goddess of thunder, Whātitiri, for its sheer power. It utilizes an integrated power cell which passively recharges over time, but has a mechanism by which the user can rotate the whole front assembly to recharge it on the fly.
