I started worldbuilding in my first year of college and am crawling to the completion of my world's core timeline, lore, and formatting. I currently use it to run DnD campaigns and I hardly think it's a hobby that I could put down if I tried. I'm not sure what I want to gain from it beyond DnD itself, but I definitely know that I won't be stopping anytime soon.
