Hello I'm Connie, also known as CottageOfConnie online, I tend to describe myself as a Cottagecore fanatic and I have a deep love for fantasy that's been imbued in me from a young age by my parent and grandparents.

I consider myself an artist first, and a worldbuilder second although there's nothing that I won't give an honest and good try. I'm quite a bit of a collector and an achievement hunter, but I also like to just make pretty visually interesting things. I like to go into a project looking for a way to enhance it with my art or my own personal touch.

Favorite Movies

I have alot of movies that I would consider my favourites but overall my standout movies currently are The Hunger Games series for it's in depth world and compelling narrative, the Lord of the Rings for it's visual aesthetic and deep worldbuilding, the 'Classic' era of Barbie Movies from Rapunzel to Princess and the Pauper for their visual style, Tron and Tron Legacy for their visual style and worlds, and Ghost in the Shell for it's visual style.

There's definitely also a spot in my heart for the Ghibli Movies, specifically Kiki's Delivery Service, the Cat Returns and Howl's Moving castle, and the Brian Froud + the Jim Henson Company era of movies such as Labyrinth and the Dark Crystal.

Favorite TV Series

In terms of TV, I'm quite a big fan of Steven Universe, My Little Pony, Pretty Cure, Fruits Basket, and alot of main magical girl shows. I especially love Revolutionary Girl Utena and Card Captor Sakura.
