AC. 14 + Dexterity modifier (max 2)   Thunderbird’s Blessing. While you are wearing this armor you have resistance to Thunder and Lightning damage.   Tempest Essence. When you are hit by a melee weapon attack or if someone touches you, you can use your reaction to deal 2d8 Lightning damage to that creature. You can use this feature twice per long rest.   Flash of the Fury. You can use an action to shoot lightning out of your eyes to a creature you can see within 120ft. of you. The target has to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 20). On a failed save they take 5d10 Lightning damage and are Blinded until the end of their next turn. On a successful save they take half damage and are not Blinded. You can use this feature twice per long rest.
