Decanter of Honesty

Sip of Truth. A creature that drinks any liquid that has been poured from this decanter, has to make a Charisma saving throw (DC 15). A creature immune to being Poisoned automatically succeeds this saving throw. A creature has to repeat the saving throw each time they they drink any amount of the liquid. On a failed save they can’t speak a deliberate lie for the next 10 minutes. An affected creature is aware of this magic and can avoid answering questions to which it would normally respond with a lie. Such a creature can be evasive in its answers as long as it remains within the boundaries of the truth. The decanter can enchant up to 1 gallon of liquid every 24 hours and liquid poured from the decanter loses its magic after 8 hours.
