Uncommon Poison (Injury)

Healer’s Bane. When a creature is subjected to Tincture of Mortality, they have to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 14). On a failed save they take 2d8 Necrotic damage and they cannot regain any hit points until the end of their next turn. The effect ends early if they are the target of a Lesser Restoration spell or similar magic.
