Frog's Friend Band

Frog Mouthed. While attuned to this ring you can comprehend and verbally communicate with all sorts of frogs and toads. The knowledge and awareness of these beasts is limited by their intelligence, but at minimum they can give you information about nearby locations and monsters, including whatever they can perceive or have perceived within the past day. You might be able to persuade a frog or toad to perform a small favor for you, at the GM’s discretion.   Form of Frog. You can use an action to speak a command word to activate the magic within the ring. When you do, you transform into a Frog (CR 0). Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of the frog, but you retain your alignment, personality, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. This transformation lasts for one hour, until you take any damage or the effect is dispelled. Alternatively, you can use a bonus action to transform back into yourself. This feature can be used once per day, and regains its use at midnight.
