Glyph Stamp of Superior Might

Mark of Might. You can use this stamp on any non-magical weapon. If applied successfully, the weapon turns into a magical weapon and you gain a +3 on damage and attack rolls with that weapon.   Applying the Mark. You can use the stamp by placing the end with the symbol on any surface of the weapon and striking the other end with a small hammer (e.g. the hammer in a set of Smith's tools or Mason's tools). Make a Strength check (DC 20), if you are proficient with Smith's tools you make this check with advantage. On a success, the mark is applied, and the stamp loses its magic. On a failure, the stamp is not applied but the stamp still loses its magic.
