Kazimir Nosverdemus

Kazimir Nosverdemus is an individual who was once a feared vampire terrorizing the region of Kosgren. He claims to have been cured from his vampiric affliction and now resides in the city of Ravenmar. However, his transformation from a creature of the night to a seemingly ordinary citizen is still viewed with skepticism by the locals and those who meet him.   Kazimir is known for his nocturnal habits, often seen wandering under the moon at night, while spending his days in seclusion within his home. This odd schedule perpetuates rumors about his true nature. Which is also reinforced by his inexplicable aversion to garlic and obsession with mirrors. Each room of his house has at least one mirror, where according to gossip he spends hours seemingly making up for the time he couldn’t see his own reflection. His house can be found in a quieter part of the city, a simple but elegant Aepine Noire building of which the windows, curtains and shutters always seem to remain closed. The interior houses an small but quite extensive library filled with ancient books he collected, of which a significant number are about odd and occult subjects. Despite denials, there are many rumors of secret chambers and hidden rooms within his house, but people who have visited Kazimir in his house have not found any trace of such rooms.   Kazimir's hobbies and work are surprisingly mundane. He is an adept woodworker and antique restorer, specializing in paintings and furniture, a skill honed over the decades. Kazimir offers his services for a fair price, but is also known to help his neighbors fix their homes after storms or fires as an act of charity. He also hosts a monthly book club in his library, discussing classic literature and poetry, sometimes revealing details and insights into the true intentions and character of writers who haven't been alive for centuries. Additionally, he dabbles in cooking, experimenting with old recipes and occasionally inviting neighbors to taste his culinary creations, although these invitations are mostly declined despite his best efforts.
