Rarity varies
Sharpened. These type of whetstone have a limited amount of uses. You can use an action to use the whetstone on one non-magical melee weapon or piece of ammunition that deals Piercing or Slashing damage. For the next minute, you gain a bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls made with it. A weapon can only be empowered with this whetstone once per day.
