Spinning Lotus. You can use an action to hold this dagger to your chest and speak a command word. An ethereal lotus flower encases you and rapidly spins, its petals slashing outward. All creatures within 5ft. of you must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, they take 4d4 Slashing damage. On a successful save, they take half damage. Ranged attacks have disadvantage against you until the start of your next turn. You can use this feature twice per long rest.
