Misty Steppers

Mist Walker. These boots hold 6 charges. They regain 1d4+2 charges at midnight. You can use a bonus action to expend 3 charges and teleport up to 30ft. to an unoccupied space that you can see. You can expend any number of additional charges to increase the distance you can teleport by 10ft. for each charge you expend.   Backdraft Step. You can use your reaction to expend 2 charges whenever a creature within 10ft. of you casts the spell Misty Step or if they use the Mist Walker ability of a pair of Misty Steppers they are wearing. You teleport along with them to a location within 10ft. of the other creature’s chosen destination.
