Monocle of Translation

Translation Lens. While looking through this monocle, you can read and understand a specified written language as if it was Common. To specify the language the monocle translates, you can use an action to set the dial on the monocle, and speak a command. On the dial are inscriptions that correspond to the following languages: Dwarvish, Elvish, Giant, Gnomish, Goblin, Halfling, Orc, Abyssal, Celestial, Draconic, Infernal, Primordial, Sylvan and Undercommon. You can specify a different language after an hour has passed since the last time a language was set.
