Oil of Brilliance

Glowing Ointment. The milky liquid of this oil shimmers with a silvery sheen. The oil can coat one melee weapon, or up to 5 pieces of ammunition. Applying the oil takes 1 minute. For the next hour, the coated item is magical and glows with a bright white light in a 20ft. radius and dim light for an additional 20ft. A creature that is hit with a weapon or piece of ammunition that is coated by this oil, sheds dim light in a 10ft. radius until the end of its next turn. Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object cannot benefit from being Invisible.
