Teleportation Needle. When you hit a target with this needle, it has to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, the target takes an additional 2d8 Force damage and instantly appears in front of you within 5ft. of you in an unoccoupied space, or in the nearest unoccupied space if that space is occupied. On a successful save, it takes half damage, but is not teleported.
