Witchy Tricks. While attuned to this hat, you may cast the Thaumaturgy cantrip at will.   Hexing Whispers. While attuned to this hat you can point at a creature you can see within 60ft. and whisper a command word. When you do, the creature has to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spellsave DC. On a failed save, a creature becomes Cursed. While a creature is Cursed in this way, they lose any type of Darkvision they may have (innate or magical). Additionally, they have disadvantage on all attacks they make against you. On a successful save a creature cannot be cursed for 48 hours with this feature. Only one creature can be Cursed at any given time by this feature. The curse from this feature is immediately lifted from a creature when you attempt to curse another creature in this way. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your spellcasting ability modifier.
