Witchy Tricks. While attuned to this hat, you can cast the Thaumaturgy cantrip at will.
Hexing Whispers. While attuned to this hat, you can point at a creature you can see within 90ft. and whisper a command word. When you do, the creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, they become Cursed. While Cursed in this way, they lose any type of Darkvision (innate or magical), and have disadvantage on all attacks made against you. On a successful save, they cannot be Cursed by this feature for 48 hours. Only one creature can be Cursed at a time. The Curse is immediately lifted when you attempt to Curse a different creature using this feature. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your spellcasting ability modifier (minimum of once).
