Skepti-Quill

Dictation Quill. This quill can be put next to paper and ink and be requested to write the words that are being dictated to it. It writes at the same speed as the person dictating to and always does so in a clean, legible font.   Sentience. The Skepti-Quill's alignment is Neutral. It has an Intelligence and Wisdom of 10, and a Charisma of 16. It understands any type of language, but can communicate only through written words and facial expressions. The Skepti-Quill will often write skeptical notes or sarcastic remarks and questions by itself (without being instructed to do so) in the margins. Symbols (such as question marks or exclamation points) or small illustrative elements can also be inked by the skepti-quill to convey its thoughts.
