Range. 15/30   Spellblock Weave. When you throw this loop, glowing strands and runes appear within it. A Large or smaller creature hit by this net is magically Restrained until it is freed. Additionally, it cannot cast any spells or use magic items, and spells it was concentrating on end immediately. The net has no effect on creatures that are formless, or creatures that are Huge or larger. A creature can use its action to make a DC 15 Strength check, freeing itself or another creature within its reach on a success. Dealing 15 Slashing damage to the net (AC 15) also frees the creature without harming it, ending the effect and destroying the net.
