Trinity Tragon- her destiny was foreseen by an Oracle and by a young Air Dragon (Roseweed) who birthed the second half of the Destined Gold. Instructed by four masters of each element.   

Ranen Mazeric- one of Trinity's peers while training; shared his 'Lorranii with her for her secret training. Finished training before the others but stuck around as they'd all become close friends. Has a knack for affecting the weather.  

Dion Enceladus- another peer of Trinity's; shares her 'Lorranii with her. Can use wind borne music with magic to enhance ability and even aid healing.   

Lauroran Enceladus- Brother to Dion who took after their wizard parent; with the mixed blood, is the only mage to bond with a dragon after nursing a hatchling to health. Can travel very fast, as does his dragon counterpart.    

Aspen Artica- Rogueish 'Lorra almost done her training who takes it upon herself to hunt down "evil" magic users and already has a reputation as the Evil Hunter. Can sense emotions and ethical alightment in others, which makes hunting easier.    

Tom O'Mearez- A Dra'kyl apprentice the group comes upon in their travels. Tom was one of very few who bonded before their turn on the Lorshaline Sands. Has a knack for strategy.   

Jonnous Murno- Fully trained Mage with a thirst for adventure. Has the companionship of a draconete. Adept with herbs and ritual magic.   

Elexia Casilla- Another Dra'kyl the group meets who is on her last days as an apprentice but had misplaced her teacher.    

Seigev Abinor- Sorcerer of the Black Circle of Power. Secretly trained by another who believe Seigev to be the rightful ruler of a bloodline predating the Darcalist. Very magically talented, as well as proficient in alchemy.    

Andre Ostvel- Child of two Dra'kyl parents, was kidnapped on his way to Lorshaline by Sorcerer Siegev and drugged into giving his loyalty to him. Training incomplete as he was never taught by other Mystic Knights, but is adept at the lost art of "dream walking", which he taught his lord and mentor.   

Alanaxia DaGarr- Enchantress of the Black Circle of Secrets. Sought out Siegev for her own selfish greed; was expelled from the desert city for practicing harmful magics on her peers.    

Honorable Mentions:   

Aradian- Dra'mag that cursed the squabbling groups of dragons and turned them human. Died not long after. The cursed dragons (Dra'Sukren'na) became the founders of the Dra'Sorrian sect.    

Anesolis- The first human-dragon duo to possess the Golden draeluni abilities. Also part of the pair who defeated the Tyrand during the Darcalist, bringin in a new age to Starza. The last time a golden dragon lived predates the Curse by millennia, but believed one of the descendents within the Dra'Sukren'na were of their lineage.  

Darcalist:   (Dar-k-a-list) A period of time that an evil sorcerer took over the continent of Mina-Sindal and began a reign of terror and depravity.   

Destined Child:    A prophecy child that will fight great evil in the “present” time. Also called “Draeluni” in the Drakolae, or ancient, language.    

Dorgan-Sindal:    (Door-gan Sin-d-al) The island in which “First Hatching” takes place. Where they breed their dragons for Mystic Knights and other people who deserve them. Also known as Dragon Island. Also referred to as "Dra'marii".   

Draconete:   (Drak-on-et) Looks like a miniature dragon but slimmer and faster with more durable wings. Very rare and cannot be breed outside the wild. Also called "Dra'lete".   

Dragon Mage:    A wild dragon that has very powerful magic’s and uses them throughout its life. Also known to associate with other magic users, usually Mages or wizards.   

Draeluni:    (Dr-ay-lu-ni)A Drakolae term to describe a prophecy child that will fight great evil in the “present” time. Also called the “Destined Child” in the common language.

Dragon Speaker:   Ancestrally connected with dragons and have similar powers and are also bonded with a dragon for the rest of their life. Sometimes called ‘Speakers; or in Drakolae: Dra'Sorrian.   

Drakolae:   (Dr-a-k-oo-lay) Term the “wild dragons” call themselves and their civilization.   

Dra'Lorra: Dra'sorrian tranee/apprentice. Short form: 'Lorra. After training is complete, the Dra'sorrian is called a Dra'Lorria (or 'Lorria) to indicate the completion.   

Dra'Lorranii: Dra'Sorrian trainer/master. Short form: 'Lorranii.   

Dra'Lonori: A rarely used term for a Dra'kyl Apprentice.   

Dra'Sukren'na: Dragons cursed by one of their most powerful Dra'Mag at least a millennia before the Darcalist to become human for their remaining lifespan. This was done to resolve a conflict within the dragon community to prevent civil war, after a dragon taught a younger humankind their language.   

Draskena:   (Dr-a-ken-ah) Term used in the Drakolae society to describe the “tame” dragons. Term is used for the bonded  humans as well.   

Enchantress:    Magically powerful woman. Beautiful and mysterious. Excels in Enchantments and illusions. Do not usually have the powers of the elements.   

First Hatching:   The New Year. Starts the first day of spring.   

Iieshlinta:   (I-ee-sh-lin-ta) Hidden Citadel of Enchantress and Sorcerer training; also the magic groups capital.   

Kedemia:   (Ka-dem-ia) City and training center of Mages and Witches.    

Leno-Sindal:    (Lean-o Sin-d-al) Small island with no population due to the very large active volcano that takes up most of the island. Also referred as Lone Island or "Pyren'marii".   

Lorshaline:   (Lore-shaa-line) Barracks and capital city of Mystic Knights (or Dra'Kyl); situated beside a large crater used to house their dragons and for females to clutch.   

Marzor:    (Mar-z-or)A beast not unlike a wolf, but also has bear qualities as well. Found in northern regions of Mina-Sindal.   

Mina-Sindal:    (Mine-ah Sin-d-al) Largest land mass on Starza. Holds most resources and population. Otherwise known as Main Island. Also known as "Celen'matra".   

Mystic Knights:    Magic-user; was created by the magics of different sects; have a dragon companion. Can be called upon by the Royal Court. Called Dra'Kyl in  Drakolae.  

Neendo:    (Neen-doe) A type of wood that could be considered as Oak but can be extremely light, especially when carved correctly.  It is used greatly in the creation of river, lake and ocean vessels.   

Old Road:    A road constructed and used before First Hatching; connects Draton with an old Royal Castle called Tazmenzy Castle. The River Ferry system created millennia afterwards made the road unnecessary.    

Quitcha:    (Quit-cha) A cursive derogative word usually used towards women.    

Razor culn:    A bovine beast with sharp tusks that inhabits most of central Mina-Sindal and area’s within the islands. Its leather is strong and durable, making it an animal sought for to make clothing.   

Sorcerers:    Magic-users; lore keepers and teachers. Sometimes follow the element powers (element code). Are quite powerful.   

Starza:     (Star-zah) The name of the country, which the tale is within. Also referred to as "Celes'jraha".   

Thanjraha:   (Th-ann-gra-ha) Mountain haven and secondary training center of Dra'Sorrian. Home of the late Oracle.   

Very First Hatching:   Was the very first year of the established calendar. When the breed dragon’s hatched from their eggs within the carved caverns in Dragon Island (Dorgan-Sindal). First Hatching is the first day of each and every year after the calendar was established.
