Legendary Blood Pact of Annihilation

Aura of Dread:
While wearing the armor, you radiate an aura of fear in a 15-foot radius. Any hostile creature that starts its turn in the aura must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature frightened in this way can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success. Creatures that succeed on their saving throw are immune to the aura for 24 hours.
Boneblight Shielding:
When you are hit by a melee attack, the armor retaliates with a burst of necrotic energy. The attacker must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 4d8 necrotic damage and have their movement speed halved until the start of their next turn.
Sacrificial Vitality:
The armor can draw on the life force of others to heal its wearer. As a reaction when you deal damage to a creature, you can heal yourself for half the damage dealt. This ability can be used three times per long rest.
Annihilation Strike:
When you score a critical hit against a creature while wearing this armor, the armor absorbs the victim’s pain. You gain temporary hit points equal to half the damage dealt and an additional action on your next turn.
Special Ability - Wrath of Annihilation
Once per long rest, you can invoke the full power of the Armament of Annihilation, channeling the destructive might of Balios. For 1 minute:
- Your melee attacks deal an additional 3d10 necrotic damage.
- Creatures within 10 feet of you that start their turn take 2d10 necrotic damage.
- You gain resistance to all damage types except radiant.
- When the effect ends, you must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw or suffer 6d10 psychic damage as the armor momentarily consumes part of your soul.
Curses
Insatiable Hunger for Blood:
The armor constantly whispers to its wearer, urging them to kill. Each dawn, you must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save:
- You become increasingly obsessed with murder and sacrifice, prioritizing violence over reason.
- You suffer disadvantage on Wisdom saving throws and Insight checks as the whispers cloud your judgment.
Marked by Balios:
While attuned to the armor, your body begins to take on a ghastly appearance. Your skin pales, veins darken, and your presence unnerves others. Non-hostile creatures have disadvantage on Charisma (Deception, Intimidation, and Persuasion) checks when interacting with you, as they sense the malice radiating from the armor.
The Armament of Annihilation is a terrifying suit of plate armor crafted from jagged iron and fused with bone. The armor is adorned with spiked pauldrons and skeletal motifs, each piece seemingly soaked in centuries of blood. The metal gleams with a dull, crimson hue, and the bones seem to whisper faintly, echoing the screams of those sacrificed to Balios, the god of Murder and Sacrifice. It is a macabre masterpiece, granting its wearer immense power at the cost of their sanity and morality.
