You infuse one willing creature with supernatural vitality. For the duration, the target's hit point maximum increases by: 5 hit points When you cast the spell, the target also gains: 5 hit points These additional hit points are lost when the spell ends if they exceed the creature's normal hit point maximum. A creature may benefit from only one Power Word: Fortitude at a time. Power Word: Fortitude does not stack with Prayer of Fortitude or another effect specifically representing the Priest's Fortitude blessing.

At higher levels: When cast using a spell slot above 1st level, the increase to current and maximum hit points rises by: 2 hit points for each slot level above 1st.
