  Your touch makes a creature’s insides boil. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit the creature takes 3d6 Necrotic and 3d6 Fire damage, for the duration of the spell the creature has to make a Constitution saving throw at the start of each of its turns. On a failed save they take 2d6 Necrotic damage and 2d6 Fire damage.
  At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the initial and consecutive damage increases by 1d6 Necrotic and 1d6 Fire damage for each slot level above 4th.
