Cold Feet. As an action, you can spread this bag of caltrops to cover a 5ft. square area. Any creature that enters the area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 16). On a failed save they stop moving and take 4d6 Cold damage. Until the creature regains at least 1 hit point, its walking speed is reduced by 20ft. A creature moving through the area at half speed makes the saving throw with advantage. The caltrops turn into snow 24 hours after they have been scattered.
