Inverted Exhaustion Complex

Source: Creatures that have been under the influence of powerful Illusion magic or those that have traveled to the Plane of Mirrors may be infected with Inverted Exhaustion Complex.
  Symptoms: Becoming more tired when resting, a silvery sheen over the eyes and clammy skin.
  Effects: Whenever the creature finishes a long rest, they gain 1 point of Exhaustion. They do benefit from all other effects of finishing a long rest. The affected creature does not gain any points of Exhaustion (under normal conditions) from staying awake. If Lesser Restoration is cast on the creature in an attempt to cure them of this ailment, they gain 1 point of Exhaustion immediately.
  Cure: Greater Restoration or any effect that reduces the creature's Exhaustion by 1.
