Hazards such as caltrops, ball bearings, as well as traps and their triggering devices become harder to spot. The DC to notice these objects through either Passive Perception or a Perception check increases by an amount equal to 5 + your spell ability modifier.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the DC increases by 2 for each slot level above 1st.
