Mail Teleportation. You can fit one letter-sized piece of paper or parchment within this envelope. You designate a person or location you know and speak a command word that seals the envelope. The envelope then teleports to your chosen target. You can send the envelope across any distance, even to other planes of existence. However, if the target is on a different plane of existence from you, there is a 5 percent chance that the message fails to arrive. When the envelope is opened after it has been sealed, it becomes a non-magical envelope.
