Shocked Feet. As an action, you can spread this bag of caltrops to cover a 5ft. square area. Any creature that enters the area must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 17). On a failed they take 2d8 Lightning damage and are Stunned until the end of their next turn. Until the creature regains at least 1 hit point their movement speed is reduced by 10ft. and they have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws. A creature moving through the area at half speed doesn’t need to make the saving throw. The caltrops lose their magic and turn into regular caltrops 24 hours after they have been scattered.
