If you are already proficient with cook's utensils, you double the proficiency bonus for the ability check when you use this charm. This charm has 1d4 uses, after the paper charm has been activated for its final use, it destroys itself in a small, harmless puff of smoke that smells faintly like roasted meats and vegetables.
