Planewrought Steel. The tip of this arrow is made from Planar Steel that originated from the Plane of Shadow. When you shoot this arrow at a target, it leaves behind tiny whisps of black and purple smoke along its path. On a successful hit the target takes an additional 4d6 Necrotic damage.
