Juice of the Sleeping Eye

Sleep Eyes. An eyeball bobs in the syrupy brown liquid of this potion. It vanishes when the potion is opened.   When you drink this potion you have resistance to Necrotic damage for the next 10 minutes. During this time, you can use an action to shoot a magical ray from your eyes at a creature within 120ft. of you that you can see. The creature has to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 16). On a failed save they fall asleep and remain unconscious for as long as you are under the influence of the potion. The creature awakens if they take damage or another creature takes an action to wake it. This feature has no effect on Constructs and Undead. You can use this feature once, only while you are under the influence of the potion.
