Well Balanced. You gain a +2 bonus to attack rolls you make with this weapon. Additionally, you can use this flail as a spellcasting focus and gain a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls you make with it.
Strike of Equilibrium. When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack using this weapon against a creature that has more hit points than you before the damage is dealt, you regain hit points equal to half the damage dealt.
Gift of Equality. When you are the target of a spell that restores hit points, you can choose to regain half the hit points the spell would restore, and have the caster regain the other half.
