Lily Pad Token

Lily Raft. This token is made from an emerald gemstone and floats on water. When you throw this token into water and speak a command word while it is floating, it turns into a giant lily pad raft. The lily pad is 10ft. in diameter and can hold up to five Medium-sized creatures. The creature that spoke the command word can use a bonus action to command it to float in a chosen direction. The raft does so at a speed of 30ft. per round until it reaches its destination or is commanded to stop. Repeating the first command word turns the raft back into a token, provided that no creatures are aboard.
