Potion of Wild Shape

Become the Beast. The deep blue liquid of this potion pulsates slowly with a silvery light when exposed to moonlight. The taste seems to vary slightly depending on the beast you transform into because of this potion. When transforming into a forest animal, the potion might taste like pine and herbs, but if you transform into a beast that dwells in the oceans, it might make the potion taste like salt water.
  When you drink this potion you magically assume the shape of a beast that you have seen before (in a way similar to the druid’s Wild Shape ability). The maximum challenge rating of the beast, and whether you can transform into a creature that can swim or fly, depends on the rarity of the potion. The transformation lasts for up to one hour or until you use a bonus action to dispel it.     Potion of Wild Shape Variants
