Superior Healer’s Bane. When a creature is subjected to Purified Tincture of Mortality, they have to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 18). On a failed save they take 4d8 Necrotic damage and they cannot regain any hit points for the next 12 hours. The effect ends early if they are the target of a Lesser Restoration spell or similar magic.
