Requires attunement by a Spellcaster
Sweetened Spells. You gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls while holding this rod. Additionally, you ignore half cover when making spell attacks with this rod.
Chromatic Connoisseur. While attuned to this rod, you are immune to the effects of the Color Spray spell, and have advantage on saving throws you must make against the Prismatic Spray and Prismatic Wall spells.
Dazzling Rainbow Blast. You can use an action to point this rod in a direction of your choice and speak a command word. A rainbow-hued ray shoots out of the rod in a 5ft. wide, 30ft. long line. All creatures in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, they take 4d6 Radiant damage and are Stunned until the start of their next turn. On a successful save, they take half damage and are not Stunned. You can use this feature twice per long rest.
