Mail Teleportation. You can fit one letter sized piece of paper or parchment within this envelope. You designate a person or location you know and speak a command word which seals the envelope. The envelope then teleports to your chosen target.
You can send the envelope across any distance and even to other planes of existence, but if the target is on a different plane than you, there is a 5 percent chance that the message does not arrive.
When the envelope is opened after it has been sealed, it turns into a non-magical envelope.
