Dictation Quill. This quill can be placed near paper and ink and be instructed to write words as they are dictated. It writes at the same speed as the speaker speaks and always does so in a clean, legible script.
Personality. The Skepti-Quill’s alignment is Neutral. It has an Intelligence and Wisdom of 10, and a Charisma of 16. It understands any language, but can communicate only through written words and facial expressions. The Skepti-Quill often writes skeptical notes, sarcastic remarks, or questions in the margins without being instructed to do so. Symbols such as question marks, exclamation points, or small illustrative elements can also be inked by the Skepti-Quill to convey its thoughts.
