Uncommon Potion
Steel Strength Seaweed. The liquid of this potion changes to a steely gray as soon as the cork is removed from the bottle. It has an extremely unpleasant salty taste.
When you drink this potion your AC increases by 2 for the next 10 minutes. After this time has passed, you have to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save you have disadvantage on all Strength and Dexterity saving throws until you finish a long rest. This effect can also be cured with Greater Restoration.
