Summer Roll

These fluffy rolls of bread filled with red fruit preservatives and a layer of fresh berries are a staple Western Escan food that can be found in any of the villages or cities of Wolfsbrunn during the summer. The bread itself is buttery and has a hint of sweetness from the honey that is mixed into the dough which balances the tartness of the berries. Depending on the region these rolls are made with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries or any combination of those fruits.
