Twisted Tongue Hex

Description. A Twisted Tongue Hex is often used against spell casters but is also a curse that can be cast on a creature who simply talks too much.   Effects. When a creature is the target of a Twisted Tongue Hex, they have to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 14). On a failed save, they become Cursed. While Cursed in this way, they can no longer speak Common. Additionally, any spells that require a Verbal component require the creature to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 14), before casting it. On a failed save, the spell slot is expended, but the spell fails. On a successful save, the spell is cast without any further issues.   Breaking. Remove Curse or a spell with a similar effect.
