Parachute. If you fall more than 10ft. while wearing this vest, you can use your reaction to cause this vest to stretch, billow up and slow your fall. Your rate of descent slows to 60ft. per round. When you land, you land on your feet and take no falling damage. Windcatcher. While wearing this vest you have disadvantage on Strength saving throws against effects caused by strong winds which would knock you prone or move you out of position.
