Chalk One Up. As an action, you can use this chalk to draw a simple symbol. A creature must have a Wisdom score of at least 10 to draw these symbols. Identical symbols do not stack. You can draw up to 20 symbols with this chalk before it is completely used up.
  Question mark on a creature. Reveals if the creature is Poisoned or Diseased.
  Cross on a plant. Reveals if the plant is poisonous or harmful in any other way.
  Star on a bottle. Reveals the effects of a poison or potion (as per the Identify spell).
  Plus on a hand. Conjures 1d4 Goodberries in the hand (as per the Goodberry spell).
