Instant Mastery. You can spend a minute to wrap a handle of any melee or ranged weapon with this wrap. Anyone using this weapon has proficiency with it, no matter their own proficiencies. Additionally, any small creature may use the weapon even if it is Heavy. Once attached to a weapon, the wrap cannot be removed without losing its magic.
