Blast of Lightning. While holding these bellows with two hands, you can use it to blow sparks and lightning in a 15ft. cone. All creatures in the area have to make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save they take 3d12 Lightning Damage. On a successful save they take half damage. This feature can be used twice and regains all its uses at midnight.
