Blast of Draconic Breath. While holding these bellows with two hands, you can use it to blow a type of draconic breath in a 15ft. cone. All creatures in the area have to make a save against the breath (DC 15). On a failed save they take 3d12 Damage. On a successful save they take half damage. The type of damage and save depend on the type of bellows. This feature can be used twice and regains all its uses at midnight.
